The proprietor of German Auto Engineering (GAE) is Cornelius, a German national who has worked on German marques including Volkswagen (VW), Audi and Skoda since the age of 14. Our deep understanding of these cars means that we can draw on years of experience to get yours running smoothly, efficiently and performing as it was designed to. Whilst we use Bosch electronic diagnostic equipment to support our diagnosis, we also use decades of genuine German Auto Engineering experience to identify any faults and to optimise your car's performance.
With the right care on a regular basis, we can improve your car's performance, increase its efficiency & reduce your running costs and lower the impact of your car upon the environment. For this reason, we offer one type of service which addresses all of the maintenance needs of your car.
You will always be advised of any faults and remedial work required BEFORE any work is undertaken. Following approval and completion of work, we always make available any replaced items for inspection by you.
All makes and models of car are welcome. Many customers travel long distances to have their car serviced with us, including members of The Corrado Forum, the VW Corrado being a specialist German model of which we have many years experience.
